Internships have a reputation as unpaid, poorly-trained labour but we see things differently, offering market rate pay and good training. Recently we have had three interns join Strident. Stephen Nunn, Luke Keeble and Andrew Woodhouse will be working across Strident, including our software development team and in particular Showbiz. They will be learning the many commercial and technical aspects of our business. Our policy of recruiting and rewarding well-motivated people reflects in our customer service and we were recently given a 98% satisfaction rating in a survey of our customers. The Intern Programme is run in conjunction with the Greater Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership and University Campus Suffolk.
